45rpm in soho - superlative workwear and nautical inspired stuff. crazy fabrics, crazy make, but completely unassuming pieces. indigo heaven. (this and nepenthes are my two must stops on a weekend trip)


hatchet supply in brooklyn carries eg and adjacent brands

antithesis carries 4s and byborre which are unreal. 4s designed by eg alumni angelo who seems like was a driving spirit of the brand for a number of years

I haven't been since right before the pandemic and cannot wait to go back (hopefully soon when its really cold). Favorite ramen spot in the city (right now) but I haven't been everywhere yet.
