Got a new thread running for FW21. If it'd be better to just have it live here, all good!

I’m really liking the FW weight explorer shirt jackets, particularly in the brown corduroy. Also, it looks like the E-1 pants is making a comeback (might be called something different now?) and I am very interested in those. The field parka in olive coated twill also looks amazing.

Lastly, the fair isle mohair fabric used on that second interliner is definitely going to have to make its way into my wardrobe, just not sure in what form.

Anyone know if the fact that there’s a natural duck canvas Bedford means there will be natural duck canvas pants of some type? Was bummed there wasn’t any good white/ivory pants this last season outside of the NNY cotton linen ones.

Also really hoping this fabric sees some sort of shirt treatment for Men’s.

Got my eyes on the cruiser jacket this season, especially in the brown tweed fabric here. I think this is the old school cruiser from FW13 or so? Also most likely go for an interliner. With EG, I can justify 2 or so pieces at retail, especially for fall/winter. The rest I can wait for sales :)

I believe those are called the Aircrew pants. You can actually see the names for the pieces if you hover over the pics here https://www.engineeredgarments.com/fw21/

I've been stepping back from EG for the past year, but this season might reinvigorate me.

Daiki-san is the undisputed heavyweight champ in floral anything. Add embroidery? ??

Nothing fancy, just a really good shade of brown cord

Lastly, I've wanted one of these for a minute. I could see myself getting the gray paisley that @illiterate posted, but this one is simple and would be easy to pair with loads of FW layering.

Thinking about going for a cruiser myself as some of the old detailing is making a comeback. I'm curious the fabrics we'll see available across different shops if anyone has a clue.

Really want that brown 8w “suit” combo but damn if the Andover inseam is still too short. No longer in the mood for showing all that sock…gah

edit: looks like the inseams are in fact longer than recent iterations…??????. Would love if someone can confirm in person

Anybody notice the lack of double cloth (so far) this season? Lots of heavyweight rip stop.

Why on earth they don't give the benefit of the doubt that an individual would want to tailor their apparel to suit their needs is beyond me!

I thought I was set on interliners but the new addition of a face covering has me considering one, looks pretty cool.
