I know... that photo is so old. I feel like I'm much cooler now! Man!

But the dog, he's the definition of cool.

Rocking the wool shawl collar from a few seasons ago today. love this piece as lighter jacket or a mid layer under a parka. pretty sure drinkwaters still has one in stock too...

Can I get a consensus on the hem here, guys?

Mike (above) mentioned I should "clean them up" but I went with the recommendation of @mbaum who said to leave enough for one turn up (or turnip, I can't remember what he said, exactly) which is what I did.

So, do I iron them? Take off another inch?

    Help a brutha out. Thanks.

Edit: and really, the pants kind of slide down a bit on their own. I'm sure if I had pulled them up right before this pic they probably would have looked a little neater. The wool makes for a malleable fit.

its really comes down to personal preference, and theres soo many variables (pant type, fabric, hem width, etc), so I think trial and error is to be expected

I like mine from about half to full break un-turned, 1 turn should give me a no-break semi cropped look, and 2 turns should give nice crop slightly above the ankles

Thanks for that. I guess I'm still learning about break/no-break.

So to clean these up I would get another inch taken off?

Cross-post from WAYWT. First outing for one of the shawls. I need to play around with it a bit, but I'm liking it:
