happy new year everyone!

I know that it’s a long shot, but anybody here owns a Corduroy Baker Jacket? I think it’s from FW17 or FW18. Just curious about how it is, the fit and sizing.
I do not own one but from my recollection the baker jacket is very similar to the current loiter jacket. The baker jackets from a few years ago fit much slimmer though compared to the relaxed silhouette of the loiter. Hope this helps.

Yeah the loiter jacket is similar, but I kinda like the more fitted look of the Baker jacket, it's more formal and "preppy" and I'm very much into that kind of look :)

So, the Fatigue pants in Navy 6.5oz Navy twill have finally arrived. Size S fits perfect, thanks for all the advice sizing wise to everyone. But there is one thing it's bothering me a bit, the Bedford and the pants don't have a 100% colour match, and they are the same model (6.5oz navy twill from last year's Spring Summer collection).

I bought the jacket on sale in a retail shop here in Madrid, Spain, so the jacket was brand new and stored in a plastic box. The pants are from Lost&Found, also bought during the last sale and they are in perfect condition aswell (they didn't come with any tags though, Idk if EG pants come without tags). Is this normal?.

Maybe the colour will fade a bit with use? Idk, maybe I messed up and I bought different models, but I'm pretty sure they are the 6.5oz navy twill cw. It's not that noticeable and depends on the lighting, but I want to make sure that I didn't buy the wrong pants :)

Here you have some pics. Both (bedford and pants) are a size S. I'm 177cm 74kg

Hi, new guy here. Wondering if anyone can help me ID this jacket. Got it for a steal second hand, but am slightly confused - it’s an XL, but fits me fine (well, I’m happy with the fit) (I’m 5’7”, slim build). I’m wondering if it’s shrunk as the lining inside seems quite loose and the sleeves have been lengthened - the buttons have been removed but the holes are still present.

Would love to know the collection and item name, as well as any other info that might explain the sizing. The alteration slip is still there and dated 2018, so must be pre-then.

Any help appreciated!

Looks like a Dexter jacket, maybe from FW16 as that's also the year in which EG was at its most slim. Probably also shrunk/altered.

I think the pants will fade a bit as you're likely going to launder them more. frequently. I have a similar set up, with a 1st Pat-rn jacket and A Vontade pants, and the pants are lighter than jacket now, although they started the same color.

Looking for sizing advice. I'm looking to buy a trail shirt, and I would like the shoulders to be at least 19.5". Traditionally my size is M I think but for most brands I size up to L to accommodate a more relaxed fit in the shoulders. Shirt in question: https://independence-chicago.com/eg-trail-shirt-blackwatch-cotton-flannel/ (I know this site says the measurement is 19.5" but other sites have conflicting measurements, for instance Nepenthes measures 18.7").

Thanks!

Probably a L. Most stores have the shoulder measurement at 19ish inches.
