1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Next thing you know, the Japanese will be making denim and selling it to Americans.

i got the most ridiculous fur lined vest at the sample sale.

its my goal to find a way to incorporate it into regular outfits and it might start tomorrow.

i hate thinking about the sale cause had i arrived just a few hours earlier i would be been much better off, but also a lot poorer.

You've got to post some pics of this vest. I've been curious to see it since you mentioned it yesterday.

^^^They're meant to help keep your lower legs warm by tucking them into your boots or, as I did, into your socks. Otherwise they look pretty sweet coming out of the bottom, something you don't see everyday.

I wore them a little bit tonight and had the drawstrings tight, with the extra material all bunched up. It did look cool. thanks again

The outfit with the vest would be so much better with some black boots.

I just got the shawl tan heather knit in today from Gary at Drinkwater's (awesome service btw) and threw it on when I got back from a meeting tonight right out of the box. Sorry for the crappy pics. This thing is fantastic. Thanks, Gary.

    Good fit Tonio.

Thanks, man and thanks for some of your past sizing advice on EG. I was worried it would be too short after reading and seeing pics in previous threads and after speaking with Gary I went with my normal small. The thing is warm as heck.

You're welcome. Gary really knows his stuff, not to mention that he is such a nice guy. Yea, that cardi is warm as hell.
