How is the sizing on the bucket hats? I've seen a lot of conflicting measurements with a large fitting anywhere from 58 to 62

My head is ~59cm and I fit in both a medium and large. Both are comfortable to wear. So I think a large will be fine for you.

It really depends on the fabric and season. I bought a bucket hat secondhand from FW14, Size L, that measures ~56cm. It may have been washed and shrunk, but I would keep that in mind if you're considering anything secondhand.
