I'm assuming you had your fatigues tailored? Cool hat. Kinda looks like a fabric that was used on a reversible coat and bucket hat this season from EG.

Yes, had them altered, they were huuuge before. :D

The hat is from Our Legacy, the fabric indeed looks a bit like this seasons EG bucket hat.
It's made from an indigo dyed wool blend.

    Looking good, fellas!

Picked up a pair of the bedford workaday fatigues from Gentry during their recent sale:

Those are too baggy for my tastes, especially from the knee down

I like it tucked better. Needs a tight roll rather than a cuff and I'd roll them up a bit higher and show a little sock. Looks like you're wearing Indy boots, I'd swap for derbys.

It looks better untucked in my opinion. Otherwise it looks borderline too formal for the Workaday Fatigues. They are such casual pants it looks kind of silly wearing them like trousers. I agree with Ken on rolling them higher / tighter. Show some sock, embrace the bagginess.

^^ Roll it higher would make it look less baggy, IMO. But, baggy has its' own appeal.

I like the slight baggy/stacking look. (Though I'm not a fan of the "old" EG pant cut to be honest) It's even present in all the lookbooks.

That being said, I went with a skinny (non-EG) pant for today's layered look.

@ nickp - in case you have mistaken, I was not referring to your fit pic. Yours is not baggy at all.

In any case, yours looks good.

Thanks for all the feedback, that's what is so great about this thread. Personally, I like the fullness of the trousers in many looks, but I can definitely see why opinions would be mixed.

Copped my first EG. Detailing is pretty amazing. What season is this from? The sales associate told me it was from FW14 but I can't seem to find any information on it.
