I had a discussion with a tailor today (the same one that made this shirt) and he thinks the shoulder seams on this shirt rest perfectly on my shoulders. Where should the shoulder seam fall on the dress shirt? I have large shoulders, and do not know how much that will affect the drape. I appreciate any thoughts, and can provide more pictures if needed.

need a better photo
straight on with both shoulders

by today's standards, the yoke seems a touch long.
but it would work on a much larger individual

I just returned the pink shirt in the first photo, but the photos above are two of my recent custom shirt orders. I have lost about 30-40 lbs in the past 18 months, and really only got remeasured in the body for my orders. Do you think these shoulder seams need to come up in my future orders? I really appreciate the help.

no Selfies!!!!
you were supposed to have someone else take the photo .. or auto timer
so
both arms are down at the same time.

but
from what i see, the yoke is about 1" to large 1/2" Each side.

is it awful the way it is now?
no
but higher up on the shoulder would look better
