Looking for some insight as to why are there bulges/creases at the top of the shoulder on this jacket, can it be altered or is this look normal?

Any other opinions on the fit more than welcome. Apologies for the image quality...

The Jacket is too big. There is too much material sitting around the shoulders for the size of your arms hence its sitting badly and puckering.

So the fit is slightly imperfect but at least you look better than 99% of the people out there wearing a suit/SC. I wouldn't stress too much if the tailor can't fix it.

This is really the most overused phrase on SF. The well-dressed members here look better than 99% of the rest of the population. However, those shoulders do look like they're too big, therefore this SC does not look better than 99% of what I see on an average day.

The jacket is about a size too big and the sleeve pitch is off creating those lines on the back of the sleeve.

Thanks for your input, I guess I need to go down a size. Last time I tried that it felt a little tight in places, but maybe that's just something I need to get used to.

What is sleeve pitch? Is it the angle at which the sleeve is attached to the shoulder?

I think it's because you used an IPhone with a dolphin decal on it.

Yes, I would only recommend having a really good alterations tailor do something like this.

The jacket is too big, that's your problem. In both the shoulders and chest. You need to size down, that's more then is reasonable to ask for with a tailor.
