should sneakers rest too?

Hi,

I have a pair of commons projects sneakers that I want to last, should I let them rest between use? Or is that advise only valid for those who wear leather soled shoes daily...

(a yes means I'll spend 2000 nok on another pair so I want to be certain...)

some tissue paper in the inside. maybe some kind of cleaning spray on the outside, make sure you rub it in, leave in a cool place to allow them to dry properly.

You should definitely sleep with the sneakers when you're going to bed.
And make sure they get proper nutrition, vitamins, and exercise.
Always show them genuine love and care, as well.

If I were to suggest a thing, it would be letting the shoes off, regardless what how they possess materials.

I´d rotate them with some other shoes. Rather logical that the shoes will last longer if not worn every day.
