its less about the bulk and more about the sleekness. if you like ha and slp, i would go for the sleeker of the two boots
idk about those guidis tho. at least from that angle they look like sleek cm boots with a lug sole.

I have somewhat inspired by the way how AnnD styles their boots and trousers, which is somewhat implemented into my style. Anyways, the side profile guidi seems to be slimmer while top view its bulkier from what I saw in product shots. @Callusing could give me more insight since I think you've experienced with both boots or seen in person? Thank you

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but have been eyeing these two nice oversized anoraks, and was wondering which of the two is better from opinions if possible!

Can't find many on-foot shots of the black Survivors, so that's the best I've got.

I can't think in terms of abstract assessments of slimness/bulkiness. The hardware vs no hardware difference is going to have far more visual impact than anything related to the shape. Also keep in mind that the Guidi upper will probably collapse more over time because of how unstructured they are. It should really come down to whether you want that more organic guidi shape or something that looks more like a traditional combat boot.

I loved by 795vs, but I never ended up wearing em because they didn't work with anything else I wear. They are not a subtle boot.

Those Guidi boots are fantastic, but I can see they may be a bit specific. What is the deal with Guidi laces though? They seem to break with ease.

Thanks! I'll see if I have the chance to get both and try which ones work with my outfit better. Also, will both boots be somewhat more comfortable with walking a longer period? since wearing SLP boots do get quite sore after a couple of hours and I want something that still serves a function as I can get more wear out of it.

I assume the lace is from the same leather that they use on the boots. I think after a long period they will break off as I remember someone requested new laces from guidi before

Anything similar to the Barena robe cardigan from 5 years ago? I have one but got fat/want a slouchier fit. Haven't seen anything like it since. EG and Eidos made similar cardigans but they're shorter.

I personally like the blue with white, really classic color combo and works well with a lot of outfits. I have hard time working with yellow, but the fabric texture looks interesting

I've heard nothing but amazing things about Evan Kinori
I've also heard the same, and have definitely had my eye on their stuff for awhile!

Definitely similar to my own sentiments. I am visually appealed to the classic look of the blue and white anorak, further emphasized by the stripes, but the texture of the typewriter hemp/cotton fabric of the Evan Kinori anorak seems really unique. I also believe the blue and white one is more over-sized compared to the Evan Kinori anorak, giving way to a much more "comfortable" fit, for better or worse. That being said, they both interested me, which is why I'm debating which one would be the better one to jump on.
