Good pair of washed spring denim (if hemmed correctly)? Thinking about pulling the trigger today!

Tempted to get a leather jacket. Looking for something that's reasonably English looking without looking too old man. Tempted by these two discounted beasts:

    Thoughts on either?

Agree. a Panther for a more motorcycle style or a RAF bomber for a more pilot style - both reasonably English and age-appropriate.

MOK - I don't like either really. If you want to avoid an old man leather, look for one that is shorter in length though the body. I prefer shorter body/longer arms personally. Maybe a bomber but they are often baggy though the middle, creating a severe dad/old man look. Look for a slim fitting moto maybe.

    Don't go cheap.

Leathers are tricky until you develop an eye for them tbh.

Thanks - The Panther looks a bit too much like a leather copy of the International (I'm guessing it probably is). I like the look of bombers on others, but I need a slightly longer cut without the cuffed waist.

The typical RAF sheepskin jackets don't have a cuffed waist and are usually not as short as A-2 or G-1 style flight bombers.

I may be wrong but I just don't see you wearing a moto as DLester suggested.
