flyinglotus- yes. It is indeed an odd shirt, but referencing your fit pics from memory, I had the impression that you are the rare person to put a respectable fit together with it. And whenever you can pull off something that very few can, you've gotta go for it.

I love that gant sweater, but if you do, dont buy it from blackbird. It can be had cheaper elsewhere. I also want to warn you that it looks nothing like it does far away up close. Its much fuzzier and looser knit than pictures seem to show which was kinda dissappointing to me when I saw it in person.

Go tts unless it's one of the grosgrain pairs. I recommend skinny (detroit) fit. Smaller hem, bigger thigh, slightly higher rise than the slim fit. Good cut, but it doesn't really work on my skeletor build.

Thanks for the good info, Fycus - appreciated. And yeah....they do have it in one more size at another retailer who I much prefer purchasing from over BB...

does SWD have the same phobia/loathing of black suits that MC does? I am considering a specific Dries black suit. fit is great on this one imo. Will post pics when I get around to it.

It's just a color. It looks better on some people and worse on others. It's great for sharp contrasts, a little dull when everything you're wearing is dark, but I'm sure there are fits out there that break the mold completely.
