Not liking those boots too much, seem a bit too flashy.

To other dude: Polo fits and suits you pretty well, +1 on comment about getting the 30's and the comment about slimming a jcrew shirt, I suggest slimming the body and the sleeves. (I personally can't stand billowing sleeves, but thats up to you) If you can afford BoO, I'd jump on the wagon, they favor your body type.

Boots look good to me. I'm sure they don't look as flashy in person. Did you get a good deal on them?

I really need some boots. Though I prefer black, and something with a higher ankle, I'm having trouble locating a pair I like (for the price). The only black desert books I could find were suede. Clarks Desert Boot (Antiqued Leather)

I might if the BoO shirt auction doesn't go too high. I don't want to spend more than $100 if I don't have to.

Also, does anyone know if MJK shirts are on the slim side?

I'm not sure why people post questions about these boots, clearly they're accepted, standard fare around these forums.

I'm well aware that you are asking about boots in general, but I think this thread's about receiving a few binary answers about items in question, not to receive suggestions based on a few criteria you have in mind of your quintessential item (which, in your case, has been done before and can be found with the search function).

I hope you're not intimidated by this, I'm a bit OCD about structure and well, there's a place for everything here really, just need to look a bit. Don't be deterred in posting, just be more cautious.
