There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

^Are they cheap? J Crew shoes don't have a great reputation for quality/durability (exceptions being shoes made for J crew, like their red wings), but the styling of those looks nice.

Sorry that this is basically my second post within 24 hours, but I don't buy stuff too often.

Anyway, I went shopping today for shirts.
BoO (I can't afford it, but I'll just post this for reference):

    AA:

    Rugby RL:

So right now I'm basically choosing between AA and Rugby. I'd probably get the Rugby tailored. Anyway, just how bad is the quality of AA stuff (especially compared to Rugby)? It's obviously a bit slimmer, but I'm not sure if the thinness/cheapness makes the drape look weird.

Anyway, I also picked up some non-prescription glasses at a thrift store for four bucks. I'd feel like a huge douchebag if I were wearing clear-framed Oliver Peoples, but I just thought these looked cool for $4. Thoughts?

save for the BoO you don't need a ton of buttondowns every year just a couple. the glasses look fine.

Jacket. It's dope, I'm just debating whether I can pull it off.

This comes to mind upon seeing that jacket: V the Final Battle

I would primarily be wearing them with jeans. Also, they look a lot less red than those, and more brown.

    Edit: btw they're AE Becker's.

I like these alot, perfect with chinos or wider jeans.

thats the thing i keep going back and forth on, the length. looking at previous season's versions of this makes me think i might not be able to pull it off.

i'll pick it up if the Pound goes even further down in the toilet.

    Which fit?

    Nudie Slim Jims 32x32
    [IMG]

Nudie Slim Jims 31x34 (but I will change the size to 31x32 if the fit is better)

The 32s fit nicely and was a little bit looser than the 31s. The 31s were tighter in every area than the 32s. Which size fits better? Also, how much will these jeans stretch while I wear it?

They will stretch in time, I would go either 30 or 29, definitely not 32.

    I'll put it this way.

31 - baggy fit after stretching
30 - straight, slim fit after stretching
29 - very slim fit, if you are really skinny and like the look, might be worth a go.

Don't go any slimmer or you'll need an account on superfuture. Don't get the 32's.

Yeeeah, I'm going to have to go ahead and sort of disagree with you there. Those AEs are awful. Odd shape, odd color (I know he may be getting a diff color, but...), pebble grain, weird stitching, gross composite sole... they're like rockports. Very medium.

Shoreman, I might have been to hasty. While I have no problems with the color or pebble grain leather, the stitching and cop toe is rather bad. Sole is nice though, on the old man taking a walk -vibe we all like.

I still imagine they´d look good on me though.

get the achilles. yes they're quite different. different leather and styling. I personally think the achilles look better low, and the courts look better mid.
