I have been wearing Vans eras, Converse, and Converse by JV for years now and I am looking to get some new sneakers. What do you guys think about adidas samba classics?

Pretty much the only sneaker I plan on wearing for my entire life.

You really can't go wrong with Sambas, especially for the price.
I occassionally find them at DSW for around $25.

DavidinGray, for $60, I think you can just wear for a season n then throw it away....I got a similar one from Urban Outfitters for like $30(it was on sale) n so many ppl complimented me on it (noone knew it was faux leather haha) anyways, I'm in need of clean, black shoes for work but I'm on a budget...how do these florsheim look? http://www.shoes.com/Shopping/Produc...px?p=EC1206060 I wish it had more lace holes, but don't they seem better than the florsheim stuff i see in other places?

I've got a little bit of experience with JdL. I like quite a lot of their designs (of what little I've seen) and I own a cardigan + I tried on a military-style dress shirt in a store once (that I now curse myself for not buying). Pretty good slim fits on the stuff I tried on, the creators seem to have a good eye for details, and none of the construction was overly sloppy -- just don't expect Dior Homme/Brioni tailoring & quality from anything in JdL's echelon.

Weird. I actually like the design of that vest. I wouldn't wear it with a tshirt like that though. I'm not sure how I'd wear it. Normally hate vests...
