[IMG] I am planning to wear less jeans/denim more cotton trousers for this semester, thus I am looking for something between shoes ( less formal ) and my usual sneaker wear. I though these would be a good choice. Haven't heard much talk about the R&b f/w on here. I think its a decent effort; the four button sack jacket looks interesting; I am hoping to wear this as an early fall regular. What do you guys think, this paired with a button up?

Serg- What's wrong with those generic man shoes? I've heard rather good things about generic man quality and those look kinda nice. They on sale? freshdenim- I bought some navy sperrys on ebay last year and i wear them a fair amount. They work pretty well with khakis, grey pants, and shorts.

Thoughts on the NdG Reverse Denim jeans? They're at Context right now. Ignore the moose toe.http://www.contextclothing.com/item.php?id=621 [IMG] What shoes would look good with these? The only ones I can think of ATM are lighter-colored suede DBs.

I'm jonesing for ronsirs as my next glasses.

    I would say no.

I already bought these, but I'm wondering if they were a wise choice:

Lightly used Allen-Edmonds Park Ave's for 70 bucks plus shipping. Seemed like a great deal.

They're nothing amazing, but solid dress shoes for a decent price. Nothing risky that you should be worried about

That's what I figured. I don't think I'd be able to do much better on a broke college student budget.

Hustle things online, push, do stupid little jobs, stay mindful of sales and 2nd hand stuff. You can find solid pieces if you get lucky. Those will do for when you need to throw on some slacks, dress shirt, and go somewhere nice though. Reminds me i need to get taps on my black leather laceups.

I would like to get a slim fit topcoat such as this Banana one. Any suggestions for the 100 to 300 price range? [IMG]

Yes I can get it for about 180 with the 20% off coupon. Just checking if there are any other alternatives to shop around (aka for the best fit etc). I actually just got their double breasted peacoat for a very good deal.

Isn't that about what they are at Banana? ??
