1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I think that Heschung model is an acquired taste. I tried the comparable Paraboot model and really did not care for the style.

Revive actually. It sat and sat, tormenting me, at just under $300. Once it dropped to $250 (minus shipping), I figured I might as well risk having them not fit.

Will probably pick up the Heschungs if I decide to return the chunky Margielas, which I'm still trying on a couple more times at home to see if the instep will stretch.

Was there an extra code for Revive? I swear I used one not too long ago but can't find it anymore.

A small cross promotion of a thread I just started where you might offer thoughts on how sensible it might be to buy a set of clothing patterns that may hypothetically be available, as sort of a running start to a hypothetical brand/line.

Hypothetically speaking, and asking for a friend of course.

    http://www.styleforum.net/t/535772/...buy-an-existing-set-of-clothing-patterns/0_20

It's kind of Should/Shouldn't Buy, but maybe best not for this thread.

If you can't pull the trigger when it's $59 then you should stay away.

For some reason, I like these two Ervell knits, the graphic is kinda nerdy and 80s, and since I work on computers and have nostalgia for 80s video games, I'm oddly attracted...terrible choice? Or, can I make it awesome and nerdy?

In general, I don't own anything with a print on it, also part of my hesitation.

Received the Junya X Dinkelackers today. They appear to be marked as UK sizes so go one size down from your US size. Take a 9 if you are a US10, for example.

They are really substantial shoes. I need to figure out what to wear with them if I keep them. Hoping @penanceroyaltea shares his fit ideas.

This looks like some club monaco the shit what is it? Horn toggles are never a good idea unless it's a duffel coat.

Does anyone have any real life pics of the dinkelpickers?
