1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I picked up a Larose casentino baseball cap from East Dane, but I am returning it. It seems to be well made, but even a well made baseball cap in a fuzzy fabric is stupid looking on anyone over 25.

How is the crown on the Larose caps? I mean is it shallow or deep? Been wanting to pick up the plain black version.

I have the casentino 5-panel and baseball style hat, the 5 panel is shallow and the baseball is more of a normal cap depth. Those photos ghetto posted above of the 5-panel look accurate. For me the baseball style fit my head better so I got the 5 panel on groiled

I like the fuzz, its playful and 'soft' literally and figuratively. I juxtapose with 'harder' styles like harnden/Rick

I paid $189 for a new pair of the classic white earlier this year from one of the European sites. I can't say you'll find that again, but low $200s is possible if you are not in a rush.

Do you mean you have a 5 panel for sale? or you purchased on grailed?

This is exactly what I had in mind, leather jacket, tee, jeans and sneakers with a soft Casentino 5 panel. And the 5 panel because the bill is 2.5" compared to the baseball cap of 3" (can anyone confirm?)

It's for sale on grailed. It's orange though, not black. I'm from Alabama so to me its also a play on 'hunters orange'

I confirm the bill length. I do like the shorter 5-panel bill, however the baseball hat is a better shape for me personally

all my suede boots are either sleek or chunky combat types.
This seems like a reasonable in between at a decent price (400-500).

I also just discovered they are shearling lined.... [IMG]

They're the WANT ones? Remember liking the shape when I saw them. These Scarosso ones are kinda similar, if you wanted any non-shearling options. Not sure I'm a fan, but tempted to try

What are those? Interesting shape, kinda remind me of Ugg's even before I saw the lining (in a good way though)

Yeah the Want Les whatever ones. I always thought that brand was a bit suss but I do like these. Not sure I want another crepe sole boot though.

How big do the larose baseball caps fit?

(I wear a 7 3/4 fitted, so my giant melon sometimes pushes the limits of One Size Fits All).

Finally decided to just get a pair of zespa. Any opinions on heel tab and tongue color?

    https://www.kafka.co.uk/browse/b-Zespa-674/

I'm thinking just all white will be fine, but always good to get second opinions.
