1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I prefer the black. Easier to work into outfits and it really makes the back pop, whereas olive is an unusual color for a shoe and would make the back stripe stand out less. Depends on if you want to wear them regularly or if you have a specific objective in mind, I guess,

Eh, I'd say get the olive. Works well with denim,
Especially in that kind of washed out olive.

Hmmm... Yeah, I'm of two minds. Worn probably with black leather and dark to washed out denim (always in a darker tone though). I can see either working. The black is perhaps more obvious, and will definitely stand out, but I can see the olive being a more surprising and more interesting look. It's food for thought.

@Ragechester shape on those boots is really good.

I know I personally couldn't swing snake skin boots, though.

Im really tempted to buy this MA1 Bomber from Lad. The details on it are quite something (seamless armpits, the elastic on the arms, the color, the slight v-neck shape). Problems are versatility related mainly; not sure how well it would work with the darker parts of my wardrobe and bombers are sort of reaching max saturation. Talk me into it/out of it.

maybe. The collar looks more dirty that the description suggests and there's a lot of pilling. The listed price is way more than it's worth (also, fyi, he bought it off another grailed user for $40 less than the current price). I have three lad bombers and I probably wouldn't buy one in that condition, especially since these pop up all the time on y!j and rakuten

Danke. What's a good price in your opinion for this jacket? Also how's the fit? I hear lad jackets are rather weird on people above 5'7". I'm 5'10" and weigh a good bit.

You mean mock neck hoodies? If you want a tech one Nike has a tech fleece one. If you want a nice one Robert Geller made some. I think John Elliott made a casual one made of terry.

not sure what's a good price, it depends on shipping and better pictures of the wear on the collar and cuffs. I don't have this particular bomber but all of mine are size 42 (my normal size is a 46, I'm 5'8"). I could size up to a 44 and it would still be fine. You should probably go with a 44 or 46.
