Must consult with the Styleforum council on this dilemma -

I've been on the hunt for the perfect leather and still have not found it but wondering what you all think, Should I keep this Rick Intarsia - Chunky Calf Leather code LBO - or Keep my older Rick Mollino - Calf Leather, It's been through hell and back but its much thicker and tougher and feels like it could withstand almost anything.

The search for the perfect leather does not have an end. That said, keep the mollino since it sounds like you have some sentimental attachment. Both seem to fit you about the same.

Intarsia looks a little tight to me compared to the other.

Thanks gents. I don't plan on having an end all be all.. I'd like to eventually get my hands on a Leon Emanuel Blanck or something of that calibre however at the moment there aren't many new releases that catch my eye.

You're right about the Intarsia being a bit tight, it's a size smaller than the Mollino. I figured it would maybe stretch out a bit. Sounds like I should stick with the Mollino though.

I prefer the intarsia. Snap/band collar and rib cuff ftw!

I've never been a fan of the band collar version of the intarsia, the lack of the mid or high collar throws off the balance in a weird way IMO

Yeah I'm just not a big fan of leathers so the closer it looks to a bomber the more in going to like it.

    Navy or white?

Although I am 100% aware that this is simply an alternative to the fact nobody seemed to order the Geller no collar in a 52 this season, like every other season.

Leaning strongly toward navy, I'm sure the white doesn't look as bad as it is styled there though.

Not sure if they're still making it but I used to have a nice waxed cotton one from Uniqlo. Would take it with me as a beater on trips and stuff until I finally lost it somewhere in China.

Yes / No on this jacket from COS? How to wear a casual blazer that doesn't have any visual interest by itself without looking like it's an orphaned suit jacket or GQ victim? I like the color and cut of this COS but not sure if I want to get matching pants. @Bam!ChairDance?
