1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

They are lovely, and agree the blue is a smidge nicer. Get both!

Where are they available? I've had a look but can't find the short sleeved version.

    Thanks
    Richard

Could probably be nice if you didn't wear it as tight as the guy in that pic.

More interested to see what sneakers you are debating though.

    Hi Gents,

I'm hesitating between 2 sizes for my first Barbour jacket. It's a classic bedale in olive skyoil. I definitely want the classic Barbour for the tartan lining in the sleeves and not the polyester one. I'm afraid after all the sweating comments I read.

I am normally between 44FR and 46FR in vest, and these bedale are 32 and 34, so 1-2 size down. I'm a small guy 1 meter 70 and 59 kilogram and I'm wearing a light wool sweater underneath.

I agree that the pictures are not the best to tell the difference, but the main That is noticeable, is the length and adjustements in the shoulders.

The small one is more flattering and shorter wich is better in my opinion, but the shoulders near the armpits are a bit tight, like a blazer/suit at the right size. I think the sleeves will be a little bit short. I am not comfortable layering a wool sweater and a jeans jacket underneath

The bigger one is longer, more boxy but more comfortable. I can layer whatever I want underneath, but the jacket is less flattering, and I have the feeling it make me look like I'm wearing a jacket too big, especially if I wear it in the spring with only a shirt/t-shirt underneath.

I'm new to waxed cotton and don't know how the fits gonna change over time, I'm gonna wear the jacket especially during spring/fall, I'm living in Switzerland.

Could you help me decide ?

The smaller one is first in the album

I would take the smaller one. When you buy too big jacket, you don't use that. It will hang in closet. I believe that waxed cotton will get softer after use BUT if you don't feel yourself comfortable with smaller one, then you have to admit that there is no suitable size for you. How about taking bigger one and making some modifications to it?

So, I would say that take smaller one. It looks much better on you.

NMWA steez [IMG] Have wanted this for longer, but greedily waiting for the second drop of sale made me miss out completely and retail is a bit much (170 euro) [IMG] (feel like this one would be easier to pull off with more casual outfits though) Or if anyone has any other suggestions for a colorful lightweight scarf that would be appreciated

That Belstaff seems like a kind of radical departure from your other stuff. IDK, looks OK, not a big fan of that collar strap though
