1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

yes, but the lapels themselves are also really ugly. the width and shape of the lapels would not be doing the jacket any favors even if were a notch lapel. or whatever the proper terms are

How likely is it that Kangaroo Guidi leather will stretch? Sizing on this might be a no go for me if it stretches 1-1.5 sizes.

Things preventing it from being an easy choice: Prefer not to have raglan. Prefer loopback to fleece. Sunspel V inset is really small. Orlebar thumb holes can be great or horrible. Archival stitching seems to have too much contrast, but is the cheapest (90). Real McCoy is expensive (>200), loopwheel version looks too marled, Warehouse V looks really big. I only have experience with Sunspel, but it only lasted me ~2 years before the ribbing at the neck and wrist started to seperate from the body. I don't know the best fit for me is (most likely XL, maybe L in some). This is for everyday shit over a T or Oxford, so I don't want something boxy.

Those Orlebar thumbholes are kinda offputting. But aside from that, they're all sweatshirts, man. The differences aren't that pronounced. I'd figure out which of those criteria you really care about and allow yourself to make sacrifices in the other areas. Then you can move onto other decisions, like what to have for dinner tonight.

(of the ones you listed, though, velva sheen is my favorite)

Yeah, I know it's a simple issue. But I have more trouble buying basic things with a relatively low cost because there are so many options.
Buying a $600 jacket is a lot easier. You have a velva sheen one? They fit pretty slim?
Dinner is Chipotle and a Fresca. Fresca is an easy choice.

Nah, I don't own it, I just dig the look the best.

I feel you, though. It's that Toothpaste Aisle Effect, and it's no fun at all

Exactly. And I am kind of between the Velva Sheen and Merz B myself, If only NMWA had the Merz B's in XL...

We will in a few days :)

They're on the shelf, but the inventory needs to be updated on the back-end when we add some new styles as well.

I have a few OL sweaters in both cotton and wool and mixes that have held up well over 2-3 years. They are boxy though

Yeah I have the blue grey "great" sweat and another one of the black 50's. Too body for what I'm looking for and I really do want the "V" at the neck.

@conceptual 4est awesome. I'll keep an eye out. Assuming they fit more slim than boxy? XL sound like the right call for 6'2", 210 athletic build?

The zips would match nicely with my TOJ MA-1, any thoughts?

Sneaks, but to chime in on the sweatshirt. I'd go with the camo one.
