Ervell manages to be both cozy and scifi in a way I like.

Shawl collar long blazer. Will this be too long for 5-11 to 6 foot height?

Looking for something lightweight to be used for traveling to cooler places.

No, it's perfect for someone around that height - I'm 5 foot 11 and it was a great fit on me
It's not that warm and not that light, either, however (though depends on how and where you're traveling)

    Thanks a bundle nicely.

You mentioned having owned this before (IS brand?) are the sleeves longish?

There is only one size left (2 which I presumed will be small to medium). Just afraid the sleeves will be a bit short while the whole jacket has a longish cut. LOL!

I was looking at that coat for awhile on Yoox. Always on the fence, since I need a duffel, but at the end decided to pass since it doesn't mesh too well with my current wardrobe. I still think its a cool jacket though. How do you find the quality and warmth?

This is my first White Mountaineering piece so I’m not an expert but it seems to be top-notch quality. It’s relatively thin and is made of cotton (like 70% + 20% wool) so it’s definitely breathable. I’m definitely not an expert when it comes to tech clothing but it features gore windstopper lining so I think it would keep you pretty warm. I only tried it on indoor and could feel it was quite warm.

Kool thanx for feedback. I say keep it if you like it and it fits into your wardrobe. I was looking for a more traditional looking duffle

This is more of a "should I or shouldn't I keep". I purchased a Robert Geller Zipper Blazer from A/W 2014. It's a nice piece and fits well. However, it was an impulse buy and I never wear blazers, so I'm not sure whether to keep. Another reason that I'm considering selling is because I don't normally wear boots, derbies, or dress shoes and this probably wouldn't work with sneakers, which is what I normally wear. I don't wear boots/derbies/etc often due to a neurological disability that influence my legs and so I have very poor balance, walk with a abnormal gait, and drag my feet. Therefore, I try to wear 'lighter' shoes as it makes walking easier and most boots/derbies weigh a bit more than I'd like. Boots are only worn when the weather dictates that I need them (snow).

Anyways, should I keep and just wear with sneakers (CP or GATS) OR should I look to sell/return.

You could def wear that with sneakers like Common Projects or something. I think it'd look good combined with other Gellar pieces like the sepia jeans, a t shirt and maybe white or black CP's. The zip doesn't exactly make it dressy and it looks pretty casual and cozy. Depending on how much you spent on it, i'd say keep, it's a nice piece.
