1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Hunting for my first leather...

Found a decent schott 418 in my size that I can pick up on the cheap (sub 150), should I snag it? It's a perfecto style jacket that was made by them using cheaper leather (corrected?) to lower pricepoint in the face of more competition in the 80's.

    Here's the info: http://www.schottnyc.com/forum/posts/about_418.htm

That looks very wide, I would be careful and triple check measurements to make sure it's not the 80's box cut.

That jacket is about a size bigger than the one I'm considering. Pic is for reference.

    This is a fitpic of the guy who's selling it. He say's he's 5'9 and 160 lbs. I'm 5'10 and 165ish.

Really wanted the black but they don't seem available many places. Both of these on sale at maas, leaning towards the tan. 90% of my kicks are black. I like both of these pretty evenly but the tan is just a bigger departure from my normal color choices.
