^ A big no for me. Far far far too bulky a sole for the shoe atop.

I figured. They were brand new at a thrift store, guess I'll keep them around as beaters.

Could be interesting after further evaluation. At first glance though I get visions of natives huddled around a fire sharing a peace pipe and pounding the top of this thing. I'll let you know if I change my mind again later.

why not -- brings back memories.

Slightly OT, but I wish people were more open minded to lighter washes these days, just as an option (not a replacement) versus dark. Lighter washes always get ripped on as dad jeans. But dark denim does not contrast enough with black shirts, so I don't get to wear them as much.

Only have two pairs of jeans, medium faded APC and dark Nudie Average Joe Dry Heavy. Always wanted a black pair, but I hated when they fade.
