1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

while i like the idea of them, the windwalkers always looked a bit too much like ballerina flats to me

I mean, that's what they are, right? I just like the shape in the front, and that they're a slip-on that isn't a pair of vans, I guess. Not as heavy as a guidi derby would be

those inaisce are some tormented goth ballerina flats , this whole androgyny thing is consuming your soul !

marsell ones are on such a flimsy sole as far as i recall, the spring/summer collections are generally nowhere as nice as the chonky footwear available in fall/winter.

have some 992t that are just as you say, but they're considerably more bulbous than what he seems to be after.
i think guidi's slipons offerings are a nice middle ground except of course for the far-from-middle-ground price

Yeah, the sole looks pretty flimsy and I'm not sure how replaceable it'd be, I don't think a cobbler would have a problem putting a topy on them though, so then you'd just need to make sure you replace that as and when it starts wearing down too far.

Yeah, dude singlehandedly caused me to reconsider my views on loafers. It helps that his design, like the marsells and guidis and inaisces posted here, is more 'tai chi' than 'FE Castleberry'.

I love my Feit slip ons, the comfort and construction is really good. Price is a little high but I think the shoes are worth it, plus Feit will resole them too.

I kinda like the cream ones as well. Might kop in a month or so. Probably nice that they're not totally white so they wouldn't look that awful as they get dirty.

    Which model are they?

it is a little. they look like this worn (color is a bit different)

a little more weight might have been nice, but since I can't redesign them...

yeah, think I'm going with this. and they're returnable so if they're a disaster there's no great loss. kinda think these would look badass on regis. i know they're not margiela, but cream suede...
