1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

No, RL sucks balls, huge RL logo sucks balls even for people who, unlike me, don't think RL in general sucks balls.

I say buy it and find a new way to hide the logo each time you wear it. Consider it a personal challenge. I suggest starting with a Mockingjay brooch from the Hunger Games.

CPs from Tres Bien for $288. Just unsure about sizing. Tres Bien says to size down one. I wear a 43.5/280 in OG Gats and they're just a little bit too snug in the toes.

Serious knitwear dilemma here, all Inis Meain.

From the Inis Meain MTO, considering buying the shawl collar knit on the right, in the brown yarn on the left...

Or, just buying the fishermans' knit
    [IMG]

OR, skipping both and just buying knit caps in a few colors (the only items I actually need).

Here's a better photo of the brown. I know, I'm not feeling super inspired by either....

Zissou is ultra-dad, nothing is too grampish for him.

Z, shawl and t-neck both look lovely, but maybe find a more inspiring yarn? How about a grey flecked with blues and creams, so it looks a little silvery in the light of the moon? Then you could be the real ghost of pirate cove.

Not my personal taste, but if you've got the money to spend, go for it.

Thanks, I ended up holding off. I think I want something that's a bit more sleek/refined (while still looking rugged).
This gets closer, but seems a bit too bland:
