reedo, I don't like those boots very much. they got more of a sz aesthetic that doesn't really match that TOJ leather, IMO. The jacket is modern and sleek, just like the footwear should be...

What other rec's do you have? I'd love those CP black monks, would prolly look good but they're impossible to find in a 42. I like the MOMAs mostly because they're sub $200, Made in Italy, and sort of aggressive (but not overly so)

I like the shape of the Buttero boots I've seen more than the Moma's. Moma's look blobby. Might be the camera angle though.

a pair of clean sneakers or high-tops works too, you don't necessarily need boots to rock a TOJ DR (although in reedo's case, I think his wardrobe would benefit from a pair of black boots)

can't really get a pair of dior chelseas or mmm side-zips for <$200 though lol

Looking for a quality backpack that's timeless without being too boring. I like a little bit of heritage but it can't be too much "hiking in the mountains".

The best I've found so far is:

    Filson

    Nanamica

    Yuketen

All of these are 250 Euro and up, which I think is insane for a backpack. I found the Filson for 150 Euro, which is ok, but I'm not entirely sure on the color. Do you know any place where the other bags are on sale or do you think I should go with the Filson? Maybe you got any tips on great backpacks?

I'm thinking more along the lines of a zip boot with like a 5" shaft.

in my wardrobe, the Bally Steper bootie fits the bill for me. I'm sorry but I don't have a suggestion off the top of my head. mmm sidezips seem obvious i guess.

    All shirts are very nice.
The Gitman is pretty wide in the chest/stomach area. I would not recommend it if you want a slim fit. It's still very good looking and has a "older" look to it in terms of cut and fit.
The W+H is the most interesting for me. Nice contrasting colors.
The Epaulet looks more like a standard issue quality shirt. Not as much character as the other two but still equally good.
The choice depends on which look you're going for.
