They are not especially attractive but only you can decide, mercifully no one else is to be seen in them.

I like that last and color, but I'm not a fan of brogued whole cuts. Sends mixed messages. I'm sure Herring will carry something else equally to your liking but without the identity crisis?

Mm okay thanks yeah I really like the colour, it's just the whole chisel toe that was knocking me slightly more than anything

I like chisel toe lasts. However, that one seems pointer than normal.

How does it fit? That is the important question. find what last fit your feet and are comfortable and then look for models that use those lasts.

That is a nice looking shoe. Who makes it? The finishing looks familiar (C&J?)

Basically I'm extremely new to all this I'm 21 and recently I've decided I want to take my wardrobe to a new level and to start wearing quality stylish timeless pieces, I can not stand the absolutely horrific dress sense of 99% of people my age at least where I am and feel like I was born in the wrong time.

Well Eddy, you have found your home. I'm right there with you. I a bit older (in my early thirties) but people my age dress just as bad if not worse than people your age. There is a lot of good information on this forum so read, discuss, and enjoy!

Speaking as another 21-year-old, what would you wear those shoes with? Anything less than a sharp suit, and they'd be too much.

A sharp suit is all I plan to wear on a daily basis I'll be honest with you I believe it is the best way to dress, I just need to invest my time and money into this endeavour of mine and it's nice to meet another 21 year old that has some sense of style!
