shorts for chicken legs

I have horribly thin legs and most of the shorts that I've tried look horrible on me (in my opinion, think at least 6 inches from body to hem... if you know what i mean).

So, any recommendations on slim (?) shorts, I guess...

Get a pair of pants that fits, and turn them into shorts. I'll be doing this with some Uniqlo slimfit seersucker trousers in the near future. Results will be posted.

I have skinny legs and I've done this before with seersucker pants, turned out great.

+1 for cutting down pants. Get some regular fit pants, and they'll make good shorts.

I actually think you should find the slimmest fitting pants/shorts that you can. Regular fit shorts will only make your legs look skinnier. I have a similar problem and slim 6-7" inseam shorts are the perfect length. My legs look long in them, but not overly skinny.

see my thread about shorts and leggings. not only will leggings make your legs seem thicker, the shorts mentioned in that thread are tight as can be.

Yes, leggings are obviously the answer.
