Have a great Kiton Diamante 150s but shoulder measurement is 0.5" too wide. Is it possible for a good tailor to bring the shloulder in that much without removing sleeveheads? Thanks

I have cut roughly that off by having the collar shortened. This may be a good option provided it actually needs it.

I've had Fields in DC narrow the shoulders on jackets for me. They do a great job.

Sleeves are coming off. Go to Winston Tailors 28W44th and talk to Paul. Not going to be cheap.

I've had a Kiton suit narrowed by 1" each side by one of the best alteration tailors in London (even re-attached it with the waterfall drop) but it's very expensive and never quite fit quite right.

Personally I'd return or flip on here. I just didn't think it was worth it in the long run.
