Shortening polos

I bought a couple polos that are way too long, they go down past my crotch and look like a dress. They fit perfectly slim everywhere else, though. How can I shorten a polo with a sewing machine? Just hem like a pair of pants?

Basically, yes. You turn it inside out, fold it up to shape and length, then sew a seam across about 3/4" deep. Turn it inside out again (to correct), fold the excess up, and see how it fits. If it fits good, then you cut off the excess and seal the seam.

Simple as pie.

What brand polo did you buy? I have a hard time finding polos that are both slim and long enough in the torso. Thanks.
