The sleeves on my old favorite Hickey Freeman blazer are about an inch too short because of my tailoring before my arms grew. how much can they be lengthened. It probably needs a good inch or inch and a half to be perfect.

Turn back the cuffs and measure how much fabric there is on the inside. That should give you an idea.

Do you have working buttonholes on your sleeves? If yes, you won't be able to lengthen much at the cuff. But you may be able to lengthen from the shoulder, depending on how much of a seam allowance there is.
