Could someone share a comprehensive list of famous stores in Naples?
I have searched this forum as well as other sites, pooled everything together but information still seems to be rather scarce. I would appreciate a feedback from the locals.
For example, I could not find a location of Isaia store in Naples (their site is still under construction).
Does anyone have some recent experience with ordering MTM shirts (i.e. Borrelli, Matuozzo, etc.) in Naples? I am thinking to order some but have not yet really made up my mind for which to go.

Why bother with Isaia or Borrelli in Naples? It would be like looking for Louis Vuitton in Paris. You can get that stuff everywhere. And in the case of Borrelli, it's not price-competitive anymore when you have the rest of Naples at your disposal.

I will put up a clear list of addresses on my blog once I've finished the Forza Napoli posts. For now, however, you can still find the addresses in each individual post. Nonetheless, here they are:

A. Matuozzo
26 Viale Gramsci

Marinella
287 Riviera di Chiaia

Ambrosi
103 Via Giovanni Nicotera

Rubinacci
Via Filangieri, forget the number for the moment, but it's at the top of the hill--can't miss it. Go to www.marianorubinacci.it to find it more specifically.

Keep in mind, you should make appointments at these places rather than just walk in, perhaps with the exception of Marinella. If you're just planning on browsing and picking up ties at Rubinacci, no need for an appointment either. But if you want to get measured or fitted for something, that's another story.
