I’ll have some free time in Madrid on an upcoming trip. I’m planning to visit the Carmina and Meermin shops. Anywhere else I should make a point of going?

I''ll also be visiting Madrid in October. Apart from the ones you mentioned, I'm also going to pay a visit to SuitSupply (they aren't available in my country).

Other than that, my search didn't yield much. If you find anything else, please share.

Fulham in Barrio Salamanca is a must visit I think, they have two stores pretty close to each other in the vicinity and they carry a large selection of CJ.

Carmina is a must also.

Camiseria Burgos is an excellent bespoke shirt maker with a decent collection of RTW (including Teba jackets).

La Portegna makes much of its own wares including sublime house/travel slippers.

Denis not far from calle Serrano has more classic and higher end product than Fulham. I like both stores.
