Got few questions about leather shoes, are they designed to place leg like that?

I usually bend my feet a lot when wearing shoes, on stairway, on the street when i walking etc, i just can't walk with flat legs for some reason its feels very uncomfortable and stupid, but bending feet makes leather on the uppers suffer?
I mean it wears off faster and gets plications (like this) faster this way, or its no problem with expensive and quality leather?

Second question, are there some shoes that designed to have hard unbendable soles and to they bend with time or they will break if i try to bend them?
Because i try on few shoes this kind of shoes once and it really made me feel so uncomfortable and somehow stupid to wear them. Some people really walking with flat feet?

Relax. Shoe were meant for walking and the best ones conform to your foot's shape, which was meant to bend.

Regarding hard soles, the high end shoes discussed here have high quality soles, which are very hard at first before they get flexed by a couple of break-in wearings.

The advice that often gets mentioned around here is to give the shoe a few good flexes in your hand before wearing (in fact, some salespeople have been known to do this before you try on a fresh pair).

Obviously you should avoid shoes with shanks, although I have no idea how many still make those. Personally, I'd guess that a leather sole with a topy would survive severe creasing better that a full rubber sole.
