    Style or comfort?

    For most, neither.

Comfort comfort comfort. Your own perception of their stylishness will improve with time.

For me, style first. Once I can afford to be picky, I'll go for shoes that are both stylish and comfy, but for now, I'm restricted to shoes I can find cheaply in B&S or on ebay. They have to be the right size, of course, but I'm not going to pass up a good pair of shoes because they're not as comfy as my favourite runners.

Comfort every time..... but if you choose wisely from an assured, competent and diligent maker...style will come as a given.

    Shall I insert a photo.......erm...... no [IMG]

Hardly an "either/or" proposition, I'd say!

Mine are. But comfort is a matter of fit, as well as style. Make sure you find a pair that fit you well. Obviously that goes for any maker.

As much as I like the style of my Corthay and Berluti I'm thinking of selling, or giving them away because of comfort issues.....
