I have noticed that on most cheaper shoes the front of the shoe doesn't touch the ground but is bending upwards.

example
700

i mean just look at this, it looks ridiculous to me
700

and with more expensive shoes the nose is touching the ground

700

I dont like the front facing upwards. Is this a price/manufacture thing or is it something in my head?
Does anyone know what the reason is, is it just a style? or poor craft?

To be honest, lately its the first thing i look when buying shoes
