Shoe templates / outlines for drawing details?

All,

I'm considering getting a pair of semi-custom shoes. To help me circle on what I want exactly, I'd like to try drawing various ideas. Does anyone know if there are Oxford and Derby templates / outlines one could print and use to try out a few ideas?
