Shoe Size Confusion!

Eur 43 is a US9.5 but see this and you will see the Eur 43 is a different US size depending on brand.

I just glanced at that RL size conversion and it seems to me to be the least accurate I have seen.

I recall Sator posted one on here (or AA) that you entered your shoe size and it would convert and also had measurements. That was probably the most accurate I have seen.

A seach should help find that reference.

i am a size US 10 or a wide 9.5 US and in UK i am a 9.5 E or 9 E depending on last and/or maker.


i think vass 43 needs to be a translation 9 US.
if it is adamant a vass 43 is a true 10 US, i am sorry , then vass is the most uncomfortable shoe in the world.

I find that my English shoe sizes can differ by a half size depending on make and last. It is best to try on the shoes in question before buying.

I have found that it matters not only on what brand of shoe but also on the last. For example, in C&J I wear a 12.5, in EG I wear a 12.5 also. JL I can wear a 12 in certain lasts. My normal US fit is 13.
