Shoe Shine

Do any of you shine your shoes yourselves or do you pay a shoe maker to do that for you? I admit that I have never shined my shoes before before doing so for the first time today. I am thinking that I may take my new shoes for a professional shine once a month.

I have always shined my own shoes. Probably always will.
