Shoe Shine - Israel

Does anybody know where I can get a shoe shine in Israel?

I don't need anything fancy just a competent shine. Is there any place where this is done? Don't even seem them at the airport.
In US I would just go to Nordstrom or the local shoe repair place. I went into one such place in Israel and they repaired shoes and sold polish, and I said I wanted a shoe shine, but they told me "In Israel you can't get a shoe shine. Only in New York!" Crazy.
