the recent thread on Grenson's reminded me that I have a pair of Grenson Masterpieces that need to be resoled. Can anyone on the board make a recommendation?

thanks

Trio shoe repair on Peachtree (just north of Paces Ferry) is good. They've fixed a lot of things for me other places have turned away. But they are pricey, so make sure you're ready to spend a lot.

I forever regret having a $150 pair of loafers resoled for $80... and that was 6-7 years ago.

We've been doing shoe repair since 1909. We sell Grensons, so we know how to fix them correctly.

Any other suggestions? I've heard mixed reviews from Trio. Mainly that they charge too much for what they do. Bennies is solid but also pricey.

I've used Bennies in the past, and have always been happy with the work. You'll get what you pay for.
