Shoe recommendations for jeans

Hello all pretty new to the SF world and am learning much about dressing better for work. Now I'm trying to work SF Style into my casual clothing situations.

I've bought many pairs of incotex and other brand khakis and pants to phase out jeans from my everyday wear. Now my problem is that I own a pair of BR Loafers and sneakers and am trying to phase the sneakers out.

Could anyone recommend casual shoes for everyday wear specifically with a link if possible? if it matters I am 23 and in grad school part time.

As one who has not posted here much, but has a great deal of forum experience, I would advise the search function before jumping to the "Create Thread" button. I think I read a post on just this topic but a few days ago. That's advice so you don't get eaten alive here.
