1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

If Florsheim gave birth to gunboat shoes, Dinkelacker's scions are true Wetas:

    interesting.
it looks like a fake Norwegian to me.

Either that, or it's some strange combination of Bentivegna construction with Norvegese stitching.

    Maker?

Regular Vass goyser, but highlighted in yellow. Both pairs in Bordeaux Cordovan.

So just sort of a slightly off topic thing, where can I find something like Rider Boot Co. 'Oslo' (2~3 eyelet chukka with norwegian stitching) in shell cordovan and doesn't cost an leg and arm... (i.e. <600)

^^^ Those are both very nice, though I find the lugged sole of the Santoni a bit heavy for the otherwise sleek upper. Very rich golden shades on both pairs, though.

And I'm gad you dug this back up, as I had not seen those slit-toe Bonafes before - sweet! I hope Skoak does something like that again in the future.

What would you like to know? Both Vass models are wingtip brogues on the U-last.
