High there,
I have a messed up foot arch, or something like that, which requires that I wear special pads in my shoes. The pads are under the heel, and they make me taller by about 1/4 -1/2 inches.
If I get fitted for a pants while my feet are flat on the floor, will wearing the pads in my shoes make the pants not fit as intended? Should I take the pads out and set them under my feet next time I'm fitted?
I've noticed that without the pads, the legs fall fine, and the socks don't show too much--if at all--as I waddle through the streets. When I add the pads (which I must do in order to be able to stand for even 15 minutes comfortably), the legs seem a little higher, and the sock shows through when strolling
What should be done? Should my current pants be fixed, and should I wear the pads to my next fitting (whenever that might be
)?
Thanks for any help,
HT
