    Thank you.

The last & sole were my choosing. Sure I could have went with a "softer" sole, but why? I specified the last shape of the three they offer. I wanted a "structured" and one-off saddle shoe apart from the norm. I think he captured my idea rather awesomely.

I think the sole looks really well done, and not saying it needed to be rubber, etc... for me that dramatic fiddle etc I'd keep to a dress shoe. Horses for courses.

The latest A.S. bevelled and fiddleback waist reminds me of the first generation G&G MTO waist from back in 2007.

Nicely done....and the shape of the last is an improvement from prior A.S. lasts?

What is the name of this last?

Don't know the number of the last, but they call it "the rounded square" or something to that effect.

Lovely uppers. My gut reaction to the sole treatments was "too formal" for a "casual" upper. Not a big maybe but seems a little incongruous at first glance?
One wouldn't even know of the "dramatic fiddle" lest I afforded them a peek of the sole and therein lies the awesomeness. Someone walking up the stairs behind me, sitting across from me or the extremely short man walking behind me would then, and only then realize this was a commission. [IMG]

There are three new lasts on AS Handgrade. AS19, a classic round almond shaped toe. AS48, soft square and AS53, square.

Saved. This is a nice visual comparison. I guess bigbris's shoes are on AS53 due to the square-ish toes then.

    I love the AS19 last.

Does anyone have a picture (similar to above) of lasts for AS's RTW Premier line of shoes? I have not been able to locate them. Thanks in advance.
