Foster's EG made stuff is nice as well:

Proof that a "regular" brogue can be excellent. I prefer this to faux brogues like the EG Inverness. Remember that thread from a few days ago?

So this is made by Edward Green for Foster&Sons? If so, does anyone know on what last?

Nice looking shoes. The medalion works well.

Very nice. I must try a wholecut sometime.

Thanks. I am looking forward a Alfred Sargent Woodstock (black chelsea boots).

I was having a polishing session and realised I'd got a few recent purchases I hadn't posted. Worn a handful of times and just had a coat of cream and a coat of polish:

Not a boot for those who want perfect, even-toned flawless leather, but I like them for wearing with jeans or moleskins, and a bargain price for a solidly constructed chelsea.

Ridiculously cheap white calf oxfords for summer:

Sanders again - unissued Navy/Army stock. If you're a very large or very small size you can pick these up on ebay for £15-£20 which for English made goodyear welted shoes...

And moving up the price scale a bit, I picked these up for the Autumn:

Ducker & Son of Oxford derbies with Itshide soles. Probably too chunky for some, but they should be good with cords or moleskins on wet days.

Not sure who made them for them - Grenson is one of their major sources but the leather's not like anything I've seen on Grensons - much softer/more flexible than my Grenson Roses. Any positive identification welcome.

Foster and Son - Bespoke. My photography does not do the shoes justice.
