Oxbloods on a single sole in F last- in the sun they're an aubergine, inside a rich near-black.
Stunning shoe. St. Crispin does finishing and antiquing of the leather better than anyone I can think of. Also there's such a perfect balance of old world craftsmanship with the wooden pegs at the waist and the refinement of the leather and shape.
I am to assume correctly that St. Crispin are hand lasted and welted?
